Our Team

Normie Yaneza

Normie moved to New Zealand in 2008. She gained her bachelor's, master's degrees in education and completed the academic requirements for a doctorate. She started working as a high school teacher before moving to PMMA where she remained for ten years.


She held the position of Education Programme Specialist at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (Quasi-military school), Asia's oldest maritime institution. She was later promoted to Associate Professor and designated as the Quality Management Representative to ensure the implementation of the Quality manuals, to review the organizational structure, and to conduct audit of all 28 offices. 


Before becoming the Tutor/Kiako and later promoted to Program Leader of an international school in Auckland's CBD, where she taught HRM (Level 6) and Leadership and Change Management (Level 7)., she served as the English for Employees Coordinator for English Language Partners Takapuna.  She worked as an HR coordinator for three construction companies before she became a recruitment consultant.

 

As one of the Directors of CarryOn Working Ltd., she has made effective use of her extensive network. Normie wants to build and strengthen relationships with both new and current workers. Normie is a unique individual who is extremely generous and kind to others.


Outside of work, Normie enjoys cooking, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends.


Craig Daly

Craig has worked for civil engineering construction firms in the UK and New Zealand for more than 29 years. He graduated from Liverpool University in England in 1985 with an honors degree in civil engineering. 

 

He started out as a site engineer for one of England's top civil engineering contracting firms before quickly moving up to project engineer and becoming the organization's youngest graduate to hold such a position in the UK. In the years after his 1994 migration to New Zealand, he has worked in the fields of construction, civil engineering, and real estate development. Craig has always approached customer development and relationship-building in a cooperative manner. Across New Zealand, he has successfully managed a number of multimillion dollar projects.

 

Because of his extensive experience acquired over the years, he has established his own construction and property management businesses. He is currently the Director of Safety Nets NZ Ltd, Safety Scaffold NZ, Safety Fence NZ Limited, and Milan Properties Project Management Limited. He is also a director of a licensed property management company, Western Management Ltd., and is personally responsible for the management of a portfolio of commercial properties valued at over $50m. He is now one of the directors of CarryOn Working Ltd.

 

Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, playing/coaching football and home DIY.
